I have had some success in turning the tide lately by having my coordinators utilise the online project execution tool www.project123.com and push reports to the executive – I’m starting to see that by showing the executive timely reports they see benefit in the role – go figure.

Too much software can become an impediment. The point of Agile is to collaborate, not use different tools. Software tools can (and do) enforce a style of work that may not be very collaborative.
